“This is a full day tour that gives you the Mostar/Kravice Falls experience. Our tour guide Niko and bus driver were great. However, a passenger became ill on our tour. Our tour bus did not have cleanup supplies for this type of situation, except for dry paper towels which was not sufficient. Each tour bus should be equipped with disinfectant wipes, plastic bags and deodorizing spray in the event a passenger becomes ill from motion sickness, etc. For those of us sitting fairly close by, this was unpleasant during our journey and adversely affected our experience and is why I did not give 5 stars.”

“We started the day off by getting picked up at a bus stop 5 minutes away from our apartment, at 6:50. The guide I’m sure her name was Hannah was friendly and very nice, to cross the border you have to hand over your passports and I felt very safe and trusting in Hannah to look after it. Then we had plenty of stops to refuel and go to the toilet and what not.
